Blue, that's actually the Volo Bog. I get out there a few times a year and have posted some photos before. The landscape is constantly changing, being a bog and all. My wife & I try to get out there at different points in the year to see how different it becomes.
I'll have more photos later.

Oh boy, oh boy, another test!! I know the answer!! You drank too many martinis and then tried to build a walkway~ feeling frustrated at it's crookedness, you drank one more for the road and then *blush* had to relieve yourself in the crik (creek). While standing there you pondered that 'strange growth' at your feet and took a picture for future reference. I'm not sure but the last picture reminds me of a desert~~ except for the water and the trees and grasses~~ so I'm guessing you took a camel ride. :)
So ~~ do I win???? :)
